Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Pratt and UFCT Local 1460, Pratt committed $1,000,000 in equalization funds (2022–2027) to address minimum compensation rates and salary inequities among full- and part-time faculty. These funds are being distributed over three years: $400,000 in AY 2023–24, $400,000 in AY 2024–25, and $200,000 in AY 2025–26. UFCT 1460 Presidential Election Results Emily Beall will be the new President of UFCT 1460. Emily Beall, the President-elect, will join Audrey Lindsey (Vice President), Sarah Wilkins (Secretary), and Dan Wright (Treasurer) as the union’s new Executive Committee starting on January 1, 2026.
