Equalization Fund For Fall 2025 Now Complete

Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Pratt and UFCT Local 1460, Pratt committed $1,000,000 in equalization funds (2022–2027) to address minimum compensation rates and salary inequities among full- and part-time faculty. These funds are being distributed over three years: $400,000 in AY 2023–24, $400,000 in AY 2024–25, and $200,000 in AY 2025–26.


The Equalization Fund for Fall 2025 has now been complete eligible faculty. 143 faculty were adjusted, and those receiving an adjustment will have been notified last week and will have received a revised contract from the Provost's office.
