American College of Physicians Endorse Single-Payer

It seems relevant to post articles here dealing with the debate over universal, single-payer health care and/or medicare for all, given that health coverage is always one of the biggest items on our bargaining table. This article points out that the American College of Physicians, the second largest organization of physicians in the country, just endorsed a universal, single-payer system (through a mix of private and public insurers). They did so despite the fact that many fear such a plan because it would give the government more control over health care (while greatly reducing costs), in part to move the debate forward.
