The Election Committee is happy to announce that we will hold an Election Town Hall Forum Tuesday 12/10/13 at 5pm in Myrtle Hall on the 2nd floor in room MH #2E-03. This forum will be an opportunity for members of the bargaining unit to pose questions to our two candidates for president.
Cards will be made available to all attendees. Attendees will be asked to write who their question is for, their own name, and the question they’d like to ask. These questions will be collected and read by members of the election committee.
The forum moderator will allow for five minute opening statements from each candidate. We will then address member questions to each candidate in alternation. The candidate will have two minutes to answer the question, and the other candidate will be given one minute to present a rebuttal.
