As a former Staff Organizer for AFT-VT, Aaila led the campaign for Bennington College Faculty, Staff, and Campus Safety to win wall-to-wall union recognition. Staff Organizer For covering Pratt’s Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY campuses UFCT 1460 is the Pratt Faculty Union. We won our first collective bargaining agreement in 1973.
