AFL-CIO starts to acknowledge global warming: finally!

Negotiations and Elections Update
The Union and the Administration are in the process of putting finishing touches on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which sums up changes made to the Collective Bargaining Agreement as a result of this summer's negotiations.
